I work with growing companies that want marketing to function as a real lever inside the business, not just a collection of campaigns. At its best, marketing should be focused, accountable, and directly connected to revenue. In many companies at the Series A and B stage, that connection exists in theory but not yet in practice.
After more than two decades leading marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy across organizations at different stages, I’ve seen a consistent pattern. Teams are working hard and the infrastructure appears solid, yet the impact on revenue is difficult to explain with confidence. Activity is visible, but leverage is not.
My role is to provide the senior marketing leadership that often goes missing during this phase of growth. I work alongside founders and revenue leaders to clarify priorities, align sales and marketing around a shared model, and build systems that allow effort to compound. The goal is not more motion. It is measurable progress that the leadership team can understand and stand behind.
